It is a nicely built controller, but it doesn’t connect via Bluetooth or wire to my system, only the dongle worked, the sticks had to be calibrated but felt good, other than the Xbox style high left stick(used to ps controllers) and unlike the reviews, there is no resistance whatsoever so ever in the triggers, bought to be used with f124 but not a good controller for that game. I personally will be returning it as I have no use for it, but for other games I am sure it’ll be a great controller
Edit: The missing USB WiFi dongle was an honest error, and PBTails support is sending me one. They responded very quickly, and were very helpful.
Overall I'm quite happy with the controller. A few complaints; the d-pad is floaty, and there isn't much tactile feedback from the switches. It's difficult to be precise with it. Time will tell if I can adjust to it, but especially in Helldivers, I'm getting far more mis-inputs than I did with the Xbox Series controller.
Mine also did not come with the WiFi USB dongle, which is somewhat frustrating, as the bluetooth connection has odd latency spikes (though this has been *mostly* resolved by a firmware update).
Definitely a quality product for the price, but the D-Pad and lack of WiFi dongle (or a way to buy one 0.o) hold it back from greatness.
I love this controller. It only needs back buttons mouse click in the back and more option of colors for the shell and dome thumb sticks needs more colors to personalize the controller. Someone did a video saying it was not good for FPS that’s not true I play COD and it’s awesome thank you.

I really like this controller. The only downside is that the Bluetooth feature doesn't work. My PC has Bluetooth but cannot discover this controller so I have to use the USB dongle.
